A doctor and a nurse of hospital on the south-west of France stood before trial on charge of murder of patient, dying from the cancer of pancreas. Physicians who confessed the fact may be convicted up to 30 years of imprisonment. 34-years-old doctor Laurens Tramua and 40-years-old nurse Shantal’ Shanel’ killed 65-years-old Paulett Dryue with the lethal injection of potassium chloride. According to physicians, in their actions they followed an attempt to “save the patient’s dignity”. The relatives of dying woman fully supported the actions of doctors.
