Speaking cameras have already passed successful test in Middlesbrough and will be established in 20 other cities. Having noticed disorders, operators of the control center can address to hooligans at once, having turned on sound record of this or that voice appeal.
According to the Great Britain Minister of Internal Affairs John Reid, cameras are intended for small groups of people who litter in streets, behave outrageously thus causing damage of the property.
